Our 100% online, self-paced visual arts curriculum provides a comprehensive and rigorous learning experience for students in grades 6–8. These 18-week asynchronous courses allow students to progressively develop technical proficiency, creative confidence, and independent artistic practice.
Through a balanced combination of focused studio exercises, portfolio-based projects, and studies of historical and contemporary artists, students strengthen essential skills in observational drawing, composition, color theory, painting, mixed media, and visual problem-solving while developing a portfolio of original artwork.
Ideal for homeschool families, scholarship students, and learners seeking a flexible middle school art curriculum, each course emphasizes mastery through purposeful practice, critical thinking, and artistic reflection. Students have the flexibility to learn at their own pace while receiving a visual arts education that prepares them for continued artistic growth.
